How do I add a click button to insert additional pages?

I am creating a field survey form that starts with a site page (only one), page two is a structure page, and page three is the room page.

I want the users to be able to insert additional structure and room pages as necessary so that each form will have a page for the number of structures and rooms at the site.

Site/

-Structure 1

-Structure 2

-Room 1

-Room 2

-Room 3

The room pages have fields to identify the structures they go to.

I just need a way to click and insert a new structure or room page in the form.

Then you will have to design the form to be dynamic. This will allow you to add subforms dynamically as required. There is a good example of this that is shipped with the product. Look at the Purchase Order sample in your Designer install directory:

EN\Samples\Forms\Purchase Order\Dynamic Interactive\Forms

In that case the repeating part of the form is a detail line in a table but the same concept applies.
