I have downloaded the trial version on Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.1,

designed a form, connected to database and entered some data on the form.

Also sent that data entered in the form as an email through the email

submit button option.

Can you please guide me on the followings

-----------------------------------------

1. How to view the data sent in the email.

2. How to import the data entered in the blank form.

3. How to save the entire PDF

To utilize the Import/Export

----------------------------

I even downloaded the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Professional 7,

but i could not find the Form Data menu option in the File Menu list.

I want to utilize the import/export feature in the Adobe Acrobat Professional 7,

Please guide me on this.

The only way I know you can view the data sent via email is by saving attachment (which should be either xml or xdp file) from the email either before/after sending the email (check your email box) and open it on your machine.

To import the data into your blank form, open your form using adobe pro 6.0/ 7.0. Click Advanced in the menu bar. Click on forms and underneath form click on Import Data to Form.

Save Capability-- If you have professional 7.0 you can save your pdf but to save the form using adobe reader you'll have to buy adobe reader ext which wiill allow to set saving permissions in case user doesn't have adobe professional.

I hope this would help.
