We've made an e-greeting card with a fillable form in Livecycle. The form is then filled in using acrobat, and attached to an email. It seems like the preview is not updating, so the preview image in the email body is missing the form text. When the document is opened, the user-input text is there. We don't want or expect recipients to open the pdf, just preview it.
Is there a solution to this?
