errors during the installation of workbench

during installation,an error occured. The information is :

Errors occurred during the installation.

One or more errors occurred during the copying of files (bean119) . Please refer to the install log for additional information.

after finish, the designer is installed successfully, but the workbench is not.



can not figure out the reason.

why this happened?
