Editing PDF after creating template

Is there any way to use advanced editing in templates once they are created and saved as pdfs? In other words, how can I set the security settings in Lifecycle Designer that low, that I can change the document with Adobe 3D?

Thank you very much,

T.

You can't. The internals of an XFA (Designer) PDF are different from that of a PDF from Acrobat so even if the security restrictions weren't there, none of the things you want to do would work properly.

Of course, depending on what you are trying to do, there may be other "non-traditional" ways to do it.

One thing we really need to do is editing 3D files and views with the toolkit after filling the templates. is there any way to realize accesing the toolkit from Adobe 3D once the the template was filled with the u3d file?

thank you, tim
