Dual Use form needs to set numeric to blank

I want to post a form that can be used as a fillable form AND be printed as a blank form. The problem is that the form shows "$0.00" when printed. The zeros are fields that are numeric, calculated and often using the FormCalc script.



Anyway to allow the user to "clear" the form so the boxes show blanks and not 0's?
