Drop Down List and automatic field output

Hi,



first sorry for my english. Maybe its causes a wrong problem definition, so ask please.



I want wo have the following:



One Drop-Down list with 10 possible values. For each value i have 5 following fields which should be filled out automatically. I thought about an if then solution but did not get it out.
