Confused - I still keep seeing references to 'LiveCycle Security Server'.

Is LiveCycle Document Security a new name for it, or is it another, separaate product.

Thanks

LiveCycle Document Security is the official name.

Unfortunately you'll also see people call it Document Security Server, Security Server, and maybe other things which makes it confusing. But it's all the same.

It used to be named Adobe Document Security Server but was rebranded as

LiveCycle Document Security. In much the same way, Adobe Form Server

was rebranded as LiveCycle Forms.

Dear Chris,

I am confusing with the Security setting on acrobat Pro.

I would like to implement security e-document with digital signature. But now the problem is, what method should i use?

1. must concern on the digital ID thats create on the individual workstation.

2. Want to centralized the ID, means that on ID in the specific folder in server is valid to use.

3. user can sign the document with the digital ID thats create by his owned.
