I need to exactly duplicate the first page of my form to 19 additional pages in the same file. When I finish, I want 20 pages of the identical form. I have tried paste and copy without good results. How do I do this?

There is a duplicate function (CTRL + D), but in your case, I think the best you can do is paste it in the hierarchy, not in your design. Give it a try :)

Just a suggestion, it might be easier to build your form on a master page and set the minimum count to 20. That way you would only need to create one page and if you needed to change the number of pages in the future, you'd only need to change the number of the minimum count again.
