Hi
I want to convert a .tci file (Topcall file) in PDF with Adobe LiveCycle PDF Generator 7.2.
I have installed Topcall Viewer on my adobe server and I've add, the format .tci in the list of format.
But when I try to convert one file I received error
The job you submitted has failed. See below for detailed information.
Error Code: 1011
Error Message: The BMC reported failure in converting the document.
Have you an idea ?
