Combine two Livecycle Form files in Livecycle 8

I'm trying to add a page to an existing form which would have a PDF artwork background onto which I can add form elements.

I have a basic page where the user enters data and want to have several forms where the data can populate fields. I have to have exact formatting on the forms so I have to have the form as artwork with fields on top populated by the user's entries on the basic page. I have the forms in PDF format but I can't figure out how to combine them with the basic page....

There are potentially 3 ways of doing this:

1. Create two separate Livecycle forms and somehow combine them into one.

2. Import a PDF file with the background into an existing form. Problem is, while Livecycle will allow me to convert a pdf to a livecycle form, it will only create a new file and will not let me import a page into an existing file.

3. Somehow combine the files into a package so that scripts can communicate between the files.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
