While I have the binaries with me, I don't find it a good move from Adobe removing LCDS 2.6.1 from the website. First, LCDS 3 is not even final, second, CF8 and CF9 LCDS connectivity relies on 2.6.1 and not 3.0 so LCDS should be available for download.
