After updating Adobe, a "Calculation override" error pops up on my form

Last year around this time, I was working with a demo of Designer. We purchased the product, and now I have time to install and pick up my old project.

It's funny, because the absurd error I had one year ago has disappeared, but a new absurd error has arrived.

The problem is on the first page, in a drop-down marked "# of rooms". After you select what type of room you want, you should be able to choose how many you would like to book. It worked fine until yesterday, and now, after you choose the number from the drop-down (and only after), a "Calculation Override" error pops up saying "You are not allowed to modify this field."

Adobe updated itself, and I'm running version 8.05.2073.1.374024 of InDesign, and 8.1.1 of Pro Reader. I'm on a Windows XP. I tried the form on Reader 8.0 and this new error disappeared. (The old, unrelated error resurfaced.)

Anyone have any clues?

Thanks in advance,

Alan
