Scenerio: Three fields, a total, a percentage, and amount. I need to have it so that the user needs to enter the Total (I can do this part). Next I need to have it so that if they enter a percentage then the amount field is updated with the result of percentage * total.
This part isn't so hard, I've gotten it just fine. My problem arises when I try to have it so that when the user updates the amount, the percentage is calculated. Generally, I can have either the percentage work or the amount work, but not both back and forth. ie, I enter a percentage that calculates the amount, but later I go back and enter the amount instead to calculate the percentage.
Is this even something that can be done?
As a note, I've been using FormCalc since my Javascript skills are so rusty that I've forgotten most of it. Any help would be appreciated to point me in the right direction.
