Can Adobe applications like Acrobat, Photoshop, and others be used without having to connect to the Internet for licensing or ongoing usage?

Yes - Many Adobe applications can be deployed fully-on premise without Internet access, on fully isolated secure networks. This includes Adobe desktop applications such as Acrobat and Creative Cloud, as well as Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Connect. When obtaining these products for non-Internet use cases, be sure to specify that requirement during procurement, and also inquire about Feature Restricted Licensing (FRL).  For more information, please contact your Adobe representative.
