For named user licenses of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products purchased under a Enterprise Term License Agreement, reporting and logging information is available in the Admin Console.

The historical license data is available from 18 June 2020.
Note that the Audit Log feature also tracks all changes made in the Admin Console. You can search the audit log based on the type of actions, when they occurred, and who made them. This includes why a user lost access to a product, when a new user was added and by whom, and when a former user was removed. Audit log retains the last 90 day's events.
