Sending only anonymous users to Google ADS or DV360 (only ECID)

Is it possible to send to Google destinations only anonymous users (I have got only their ECID)?

Hi @Michael_Soprano,
You can create an Audience with below rules.

ECID exists.
KnownCustomerID(GUID/CRMID Etc.) doesn't exist.

Then activate the audience using Google Ads or Google Display & Video 360 Connector from Destination Catalog.
