Send data from Mobile app to two different sandboxes?

HI,

 

We would like to send data from mobile app to two different sandboxes (not prod/dev/staging but two completely different sandboxes). For the web in launch extension we can override DataStream ID in actions but there are no override actions in mobile extensions. So wanted to know if any one has implemented this and how did they go about it?
