RTCDP - is it possible to activate activity data as well?

Hey guys,

when I want to activate an audience in RTCDP, is it actually not possible to include specific interaction information on the side of the profile information to give more context?

Hello @bjoern__koth

Within the Adobe RTCDP platform only profile events are allowed to be exported.  You could create a dataSet Data Distiller with the event level data which can then be consumed by a downstream process.

Please reach out if you have additional questions.

Thanks,

-Bryan

@bjoern__koth can you elaborate on 'specific interaction information'?

Can you not add this as part of your segment definition in the way of experience events? This audience would then be activated to the destination bearing that interaction info.

@tof_jossic

I want to activate an audience based upon the standard rules.
and in the payload I would like to get Profile information like email side by side with for instance information about the products the audience members have seen. Just trying to get a good documentation on this

Cheers from Switzerland!

You might be able to use a destination in this instance too. You can export Audiences, and export any specific attributes that you want off of those profiles. If you're looking for specific event data off of those said profiles, you'll need to do a dataset export, but than you lose the audience component.
