Hi, which merge policy are you using in this sandbox? The reason I ask is that if you are using Dataset Precedence, you will need to add the dataset you created, to that merge policy. I have had this happen in the past where events/attributes are not populating on profile due to this. Let me know if this is the case for you.
Hi @DavidRoss91 ,
Actually i am using Default Timebased merge policy

Ok got it - the value for birthDate is in YYYY-MM-DD format but I see you're excluding the year value in your segment and the value is in MM/DD format. I'm wondering if using custom date in that format is causing any type of issue.
@brekrut can you chime in on this one?

Hello @AEP_guy / @DavidRoss91
When dates are used we need to ensure the data is ingested in the correct format of the field which is collecting data.
Based upon the screenshots it does appear the segmentation selection is correct to select data from the attribute person.birthDate.
If you view the profile detail of the profile which you are attempting to target via segmentation, what is the data which is present. (Profiles > Browse)
@AEP_guy Just checking in — were you able to resolve your issue?
We’d love to hear how things worked out. If the suggestions above helped, marking a response as correct can guide others with similar questions. And if you found another solution, feel free to share it — your insights could really benefit the community. Thanks again for being part of the conversation!
