Just as the title says: I created a connection account between Adobe Experience Platform and Azure Events Hub using SAS authentication, selected the data associated with the consumer group, configured the dataflow and did the mapping. The dataflow is enabled, however, I don't know if any additional configuration needs to be done in Azure for this dataflow to run or, failing that, I don't know how often it runs because the configuration does not allow me to select an ingest frequency.
I currently have an Event Hub that is inside a Namespace, but, considering I am new to running Azure, I don't know if I need to configure anything else. In fact, I don't know how messages get to Event Hub (I used an Azure feature called File Explorer to upload test data, but I don't know how data normally gets to an Event Hub).
