Implementation of Five Typical Use Cases of AEP.

Hi all,

 

Thanks to your support, I got through some of the fundamentals of AEP.

 

Kindly suggest where I could see details of high level Implementation of the Five Typical Use Cases of AEP:

1. Intelligent Re-Engagement

2. Don't Lose Campaigns

3. Customer Conversion Optimization

4. Contextual Recognition

5. Evolving One time value to Life time value

 

It does not have to be very detailed, but only at a high level steps, like 1....  2..........  3...............

 

If not all, solution for at least some them the will help me to visualize the product better.

Have you tried to implement the different  steps? I have not gone through the whole video but it should at least give you a high level recipe how you tackle those use cases. Obviously, every implementation is different and depends on how you have captured Experience Event and Profile data on your implementation. Hence, the video remains high level

I am referring to this video only.

 

Let us take first use case alone: Intelligent Re-Engagement.

It shows three steps and the process is very meaningful and clear.

1. Analyze Abandonments: Identify and analyze abandonment events in the context of individual customer journeys.

2. Segment intelligently and responsibly: Create real time abandonment audiences that honor data usage and content policies.

3. Personalize, Convert and requalify: Activate audiences to relevant channels to start their personalized re engagement journey.

 

How to achieve these steps one by one using AEP and other products?

What are the high level steps?

What service of AEP and other products do we use?

Ex: Ingestion service, ID service, query service, segmentation service, activation service, etc.

We run Query Service of AEP to identify audiences, etc. Any need for Python code here?

 

For step#3, we use Adobe Journey Optimizer to send out campaigns. But before sending campaigns, we need to get segment from AEP, create a campaign within AJO, etc.

How and using what tool, do we set up the campaign content? AJO only?

 

I am just trying go a bit deeper in to implementing at least one use case from the Products point of view, listing its capabilities, achieving the three steps above.

 

Hopefully I will be do this for the other 4 use cases on my own.

I also see Workflows in CDP.

 

How and when do we use Workflows in our use case?

Use it out of box or create a new one?

Do we have a Workflows Creation functionality/screen in RTCDP?
