I would like to know what is the best way to prepare por AEP AD0-E600 exam.

Is there any place to practice with previous exams?

None, The real exam questions are different from the practice exam.

Practice exams are just to give you an idea of what the real exam might look like.

Hi Manoj, I am currently unemployed so do not have business email. I see that business email is required to go any further on the above sites that you have mentioned. I do want to do the AD0-E600 certification but not able to register
