i m scouting the internet but i cannot find anything that help me understand if from Meta we can send back to AEP some ad engagement metadata. We are looking for an approach for augmenting AEP profiles by harvesting this ad reaction data point.
For example: using ad engagement to augment known customer profiles with additional depth based on the ad profile ??

@Viwuwei I don't think so there's a direct method to augment customer profiles in AEP with Meta ad engagement data. However, you can extract this data into a cloud storage solution, perform the necessary ETL processes, and identify the appropriate identity signals to stitch the data with existing profiles. You might also consider using the Meta Ads Insights API to retrieve engagement data via API, and then leverage AEP’s HTTP API to ingest that data into the platform.

You can forward data like (click, reaction, share, or any custom events) to AEP using Streaming Ingestion API / Source Connectors / Edge Network. Once data available in AEP, it can be easily mapped to existing profiles using a common like email, mobile no.
