Facebook Custom Audience
I tried to set this up. I have got error while setting this:
The error message was: error unkown. Try later or contact support.
Unfortunately this is for demo purposes and I do not spend anything on ads so I am not able to contact support on that.

I succeeded but two things for people who would read this post in the future. I do not have any expertise in Social Media so it was a bit harder
Remember!! Ad account != Business account
Be sure that you add Adobe as a partner to add account.
