Deleting the profile through Privacy API

Hello Everyone

We have 5 sandboxes. If I am deleting a profile through Privacy API, that API request will delete the profiles(if the value in all sandboxes) from all the sandboxes? or only from the Specific sandbox?

It should delete from all Sandboxes.

@Danny-Miller , we are passing the mergePolicyId with the Payload. So why we are passing that, if one request will delete from all sandboxes?

The mergePolicyId is optional and not needed if you only have the one default merge policy (which I highly recommend).

I'm not sure why you would want to do that.  You may be getting into some compliance difficulty if you hold onto data in some sandboxes while the expectation of the Data Subject (i.e. your customer) is that all data is being deleted.
