data visible in dataset but not in RTCP

I have got dataset which is enabled to RTCP. In preview I see some particular record in dataset with ECID , email etc . But it does not show up in Profile. Do you have any ideas why and any hints how to debug this?

What kind of data is this ? Record or Time Series ?

Do you see any errors under Monitoring section?

Profile. In the Monitoring I got errors that there is no identity as I wrote in this task ...... There are three identities included in the payload. All three which are also in schema ...

Check and make sure your schema and dataset both are enabled for profile.
