Data count is mismatching between UI and query the dataset

Hi

I query the dataset select count(*) from __dataset 

and in UI data count is not matching 

what could be the reasons

When you say UI, is it Profile UI or Dataset UI? The Dataset UI shows data for only last 7 days or Last 30 days but the query will output the entire data loaded into the dataset since the beginning of the flow.

AND i query the dataset using batch id
