Hi Team,
Currently we are migrating from AA extension to AEP extension, so we are converting the existing rule so, for each rule for setting specific variables' we are separate XDM object for each rule, so count of XDM object will increase highly, so is there any way through which we can combine or single XDM object for click events.

You can create a Variable type data element using AEP web SDK extension and use the update variable feature to update the data element before the send event action.
Also, here is the video link which @bjoern__koth referred The BEST way to send data from Adobe Launch (Tags) to AEP by Jim Gordan.
Adobe has also released some new features to web SDK extension to directly send Adobe Analytics making it easier to migrate from AA to web SDK extension check this session for reference This is the way…to migrate Analytics to Web SDK
maybe this video from Jim Gordon is helpful. He proposes a standard XDM data element for the global settings and a Variable Data Element from the Web Sdk that can be set in the individual rules.
the tracking call itself will contain a merged third data element.
works fine for me and keeps the number of DEs low.
Cheers
Björn

hope that helps

As @Ankit_Chaudhary mentioned, the newest Web SDK extension version has a couple of handy new UI features that allow you setting the analytics-related variables in a very similar fashion you are used to from the classic AppMeasurement extension.
Check out this video (starting around 35:00) which shows the process in detail.
