CJA - Create data connection with no personID - App store ratings case

Hi

We are trying to create some management dashboards in our CJA workspace.

For that we created a connection between different profile and event datasets with corresponding person ID to make that connection.

The problem for us is to find the way to include some of the metrics we want to monitor that are not related to a profile, in this case app ratings from Google Play and App Store. As the mangement dashboard will include app rating as one KPI we would like to create a data view on top of an AEP dataset we could generate but we do not know how to proceed with person ID in that specific data set to include it in the connection.

Great move! To add app ratings from Google Play and the App Store to your management dashboard, you can create a data view on top of the AEP dataset. Use a generic identifier such as the app's package name or unique app identifier to establish connections with your existing datasets that contain person IDs. This will allow you to add app ratings as a key performance indicator (KPI) to your dashboard. Good luck with your project!
