Is it possible to connect Postman application to interact with APIs of Adobe Experience Platform? Is there any guidance material available.

Yes, it's possible to use Postman for interaction with AEP APIs.

Adobe Experience Platform is an API-first platform, it has a robust infrastructure for API based methodologies. Before releasing any feature, AEP would have the feature available in API before it arrives in the User Interface (UI) of AEP.
