Customer would like to buy AEP with Federated Audiences without RT-CDP. I have got doubt in that case if the Real-Time Customer Profile would be then available for use?
Would then be Mobile and Web SDK available for such a SKU?

Hi @Michael_Soprano - My understanding is that FAC is primarily used to enrich profiles by connecting our external database with a specific workflow. It doesn't make sense to get FAC without RT-CDP, as it works more effectively when paired with RT-CDP to unlock more personalized use cases. I even saw this mentioned in Adobe's documentation.

Thank you,

Hi @Michael_Soprano Federated Audience is only available with RT-CDP or/and AJO. If customer is using AJO they might be able to use FAC which will be accessible in the Audiences menu.

@Michael_Soprano do you know the reason behind this, why they are not buying RTCDP?
Federated Audience is for building and enriching audiences from your third-party data warehouses and bringing them into AEP to create customer data sits in external data warehouses and platforms
once it is done, can you ask what is the use case is here what they are planning to do with enriched audience and customer data ?

Your first query is already answered above by peers, FAC, is part of RTCDP/AJO SKU. When you say client is looking at AEP, they would be looking usually at either RTCDP, AJO or CJA as these three applications sit on top of AEP. Are they looking at AJO if not RTCDP?
Coming to your second query, you can use Mobile and Web SDK with AEP with any of the above SKUs.
Usually, source ingestion is more or less at parity with the above products. Activation is where the major differences are.
Hope the above helps.
Cheers,
