WKND Setup Cant autoInstallPackages

I have been following this link on setup of the WKND Project. 1 - Project Setup

Am using windows 10 and AEM 6.4 with service pack 6.4.4.0

Everything works fine until the deploy step, I get a warning on autoIntallPackage not being available

When I got to the packages I dont see the 2.4.0 version of the components or the WKND logo's

Any idea what I might be missing?
