All of a sudden we can no longer get url links when uploading new images. They are published so we can't figure out why we can't get the links.

Hi @cndee.
Please consider the following starting points in order to troubleshoot your issue:
1. Server logs are always a good point to begin with.
2. I advice also to try to Reprocess the file.
3. In case you have Dynamic Media installed, try to check the configs you have in place for it.
4. And also, if you have an Image Preset defined and applied, keep in mind that the asset must be first published in order to see URL and RESS buttons:
- In Dynamic Media - Scene7 mode, image presets and image assets are automatically published.
- In Dynamic Media - Hybrid mode, you must manually publish image presets and image assets.
I hope this helps and gives you a lead.
Please check error logs for any exceptions or errors
