@Rahul_mule, AEM jar file is not all. You also need proper Java (JDK) version and license key. You can download Java either from Oracle page or from Adobe Software Distribution.
In terms of license key, you should contact someone in your organization, in general it is provided by Adobe as a properties file. So you should ask for license.properties file. Alternatively to get the license, you can download it from https://licensing.adobe.com/ (you need proper level of permissions to do that) you can try to request access by writing email to spphelp@adobe.com
Once you have all 3 elements: AEM jar, properly installed/configured JDK and license.properties file with AEM license key inside, please follow steps described under this documentation to start your local instance.

AEM jar file can be downloaded from Adobe Software Distribution:
You need Adobe ID with proper level of permissions to download it from above location. In case of issue you have to contact person who is managing access to Software Distribution in your organization.

I download .jar file also but when I double click it on on .jar file its not launch browser page is not open. their are multiple folder in crx-quickstart.
i have a license key and i have also install jdk 1.8 in my machine
they provide a license key not a license. Properties file
