Whenever I am starting my AEM instance it is showing me the "AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request."

From experience, this happens to me when AEM is not closed properly, and my system restarts or shutsdown. Ensure that you close down your AEM environment when you don't have a charger nearby.
