We migrated to AEM Cloud and since then I've been coming across access issues for people who used to have certain access to things no longer having it.
What are some things to consider when managing user permissions that I may not be considering? As an admin, I have the correct rights to see the viewers and select the embed code, however I have a user I need to enable this for. Actually, I'd need to enable this on each group because it's a function that we allow people to use if they need to get an embed code for a video.
Here is the area I'm looking at.

@Vaibhavi_J Thanks! I'm curious if there's a white paper or something on permissions? Because ever since migrating to the Cloud from on-premise (6.4 -> 6.5 and then immediately to the Cloud), we've had weird permission issues pop up. Seems we may not have done user permissions properly the first time around and I want to potentially rework things so that people have the access they need.
@abateman-ai : You can a check on below documentation which details about user groups and permissions. Depending upon the requirement we need to decide if read/write/update/replicate permissions are required
