Yeah..It happened even for me. I think , It has nothing to worry about as it is just a warning.How many times do you see this error? If the number keeps on increasing within a specific period of time, then it may be a problem.

Don;t ignore message. Get official help through support request.  Generally occurs when some of threads are disturbed (During code deploy) & does not allow to stops the repository or bundles in order to prevent processing revisions when shutdown is initiated.
