I have done till the step of installing FFMPEG and i have verified it in tools->DAM->videoprofile.
but the video is still not displayed in the page. the below error message is displayed when the page gets loaded
"We are unable to connect to the content you've requested. We apologize for the inconvenience"

Hi,
Thank you it worked after i design the video component with the video profiles.
Now only the renditions of Firefox HQ ogg and Flash 7+ low quality alone is getting created. Rendition for High Quality H.264 is not getting created. Thus i am not able to open the video in IE. In FF it works fine.
