User admin lost replicate permission after AEM 6 upgrade

After updating my instance CQ5.6, I noticed that my user admin cannot Delete, Activate, Deactivate users or groups. Also, he has lost his replicate configuration. If I check a replication permission, save and refresh, nothing is saved.

Also, the administrators group (who belongs to user-administrators and everyone groups) didn't have the replicate permissions activated. So, after activating them and displaying admin permissions, in the Replicate column there is an "*!" and it says :

"Nonefective

admin (allow)

administrators (allow)"

Everytime I open /useradmin, the error.log says:

Hi Sham,

Thanks for your answer,

I installed again SP2 stopping the instance, placing the sp2 zip file inside /crx-quickstart/install and starting the instance. The same problem.
