When I use the "Edit User groups by CSV" option to add more groups, the bulk operation fails with the following error message: "Operation failed [row:2 column:3] xxx@xxx.com : Invalid entry". The email address I am providing is valid, and I am able to use the same email address when creatng groups manually.
No matter what email I used or if I did not enter any email, none of them worked. Do you know if this is a known issue or am I missing something?

Haven't done hands on - but can you please check below link and validate the data you have entered for the User Group Admins. It is looking for following format:
Enter the admin email addresses and identity types in the User Group Admins field of the CSV row in the following (comma separated) format enclosed within single quotes:
'<identity type>-<email address>,<identity type>-<email address>...'
For example:
'Federated ID-test-account@acme.com,Enterprise ID-test-user@acme.com'
Or it could be as simple as not copy pasting the data, but typing into CSV
@Mario248 I faced similar issue in one of my project and it is always recommanded to download the sample csv file which is available at admin console IMS. If you use the sample csv and fill in the details it will work for sure. Refer to below URL
I used the Adobe Admin Console sample file and made the changes, but I am still experiencing problems
Tried all possible options. Already tried with one row but still ended up the same error. Also tried with customer and adobe internal email but no luck
Here is the CSV file
There is no option to add csv file hence attached screen shot
