Hi team,

I have created folder structure and copied licence file and jar file into single folder E:\Adobe\AEM\Author

I changed the jar folder name to cq-author-4502.jar

And try to start, but getting below error message

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Exported package names cannot be zero length.

Can you describe the computer RAM you are using to install AEM on? The log is mentioning memory.

Ensure that your system meets the requirements as specified here: Technical Requirements
