Unable to download AEM Forms Service Pack ( add-on package for AEM )

When I click on the link https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/release-notes/service-pack/sp-release-n... from the official page, Instead of package download it is getting routed https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aem.html?package=/content/... this page 

Getting error as below

Hi @pyhackerr ,

You need to contact the person in your organization who handles all the Adobe accounts or who has Administrator rights.

Have proper permissions from your organization and get the access to downloads link.
