UI for /etc/importers/polling.html doesn\'t work

Hello AEM Community,

We have a strange trouble with UI for /etc/importers/polling.html:

As you can see, there is a blank screen. But importers exist under this path:

So there is no possibility to manage importers, add new and so on. Do you have any ideas what the problem can be?

AEM 6.5.

Thanks.

Hi @arturl43391132 ,

This is reproducible OOTB in 6.5.4 patch and the internal ID : CQ-4296128 is filed with product team.

Thanks,

Hi @Ankur_Khare, Thanks for your answer. And do you see any errors in the console? Can you perform any actions in this menu? Thanks.

To me it looks like a product bug as below error is seen in the console when a new config is created. It is also creating a new config as sling:folder while it should be nt:unstructured

This issue was found in 6.3 while editing a config through UI: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/polling-importer-not-takin...

Having said that, while the UI has issues, it might still work, below some pointers if you'll create a custom polling importer
