I am looking to get hands on AEM but there is no trial version available on Adobe website. Could anyone please help me with that.

Hello HL,
You will need to get with an Adobe sales person to get a trial/demo version of Adobe Experience Manager. There are no limited time trial downloads as there are with the desktop software.
There is a phone number on the bottom of the AEM page on the Adobe site: http://www.adobe.com/solutions/web-experience-management.html
