Translation poject template issues.

I need to create a customized translation project. I'm able to create one with the help of the following link:

After creating the new, it's available when creating new project then select project template.

But, when I'm creating the translation project from the siteadmin by selecting the references, the customized project is displayed there.

Could you please suggest way so it display entry of custom translation project while creating it from via References section?
