I can navigate to the particular templates folder via Url directly, but Templates does not show the folders. It happens only in Cloud envs.

In my local AEM Cloud SDK, it works fine. What could be the possible reason and how to resolve it?

Hi,

Template does not show in folders while creating page? you may have to commit all the policies related to template like allowed path and others.

Check if this helps https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/template-not-appearing-whi...

Thanks

@MukeshYadav_ - In General --> Templates menu, folders are not visible to access and edit the templates. It works fine when we create pages.

Hi, I tried the same but even after that I cannot see the folders. I am the admin, and I have jcr:all permission for conf folder and in config browser I am able to see the folders.

Thanks for sharing.

Oh okay,

Hope all the policies packaged and deployed on cloud instance and  vault filter was correctly selected.

Hi,

You may try to replicate in local

  • Have a backup package
  • Delete that folder from local instance
  • Build the code and check if issue is replicated in local

Also is there any console error or n/w error if you hit /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/templates.html/conf path on cloud env.

Thanks
