Hi salmana68849090,

Can you share the package you are using? Please make sure its a jcr package with jcr_root folder inside it.

In case its a official package and you could replicate it locally, please raise a support ticket.

Hi akashk22786878,

I could replicate it locally on my Mac consistently. Both packages listed in `Test Scenario` above are official package so I'll create a support ticket at https://daycare.day.com/home.html.
