Storing individual Components in Content Repository | AEM 6.1

Avatar

Not applicable

I am pretty new AEM 6.1 and also to Java Technology stack. Problem i am facing is to understand how to store content nodes like Products, News etc in Content Repository individually and not in single node(comma seperated).

I assume this should be an "Out of Box" functionality of any CMS.

Right now i am storing content in JCR and would like to scale it some RDBMS like MySQL/Oracle etc.

Can anyone please assist?

Regards,

Ketan B

Hi Ketan,

Have a look at the ecommerce concepts page [1] and David's model [2]

I didn't understand your comment on RDBMS, are you saying you would like to use an RDBMS or that you want to use AEM in a similair fashion to an RDBMS?
