SMPT issue while generating email from Assets. Unable to receive email and it throws below error. " FOR AEM AS CLOUD SERVICE"

@pathikparmar Just to check have you configured required(Day CQ Email Service) email service as given in below in below link -

@Nitin_laad  We are facing this issue on Cloud Service. On Cloud there is some change for SMTP configuration. Please go through below link. we have all the configuration in place as mentioned.

Hi,

 

Check the connection from AEM instance to SMTP server using telnet. Make sure to connection is success, it will resolve the issue.
